After graduating from his degree in Graphic Design & Advertising from Brunel University, together with winning a D&AD Student Award, Scott joined Saatchi & Saatchi where he rapidly progressed through the ranks to the position of Head of Design. Since then Scott has worked at Euro RSCG (NL), Brand Republic, MC Saatchi and McCann London until joining Adam&Eve\TBWA in 2015.

In 2023, Scott was No.1 in the Global D&AD Design Director rankings (4th in 2024 / 5th in 2022) not to mention leading his team to both D&AD and One Show Design Agency of the Year awards. He has also been shortlisted for 'Best Typographer' at the Best of the Best Awards and is a member of the International Society of Typographic Designers.
